High frequency light therapy.. they're $30 on amazon. You would need to clean the modules with alcohol and cotton and you can't have your skin or hands be wet or any kind of moisture when you use it. It's supposed to help with discoloration. I use it for my bikini area and I'm prone to ingrowns so the light from the high frequency kills bacteria as well as helps circulate oxygen and stuff. It apparently has anti aging benefits also. I just overall love the appearance of my skins with consistent use. Every night before bed. It's also good to keep a finger on the module for the light when u use it so the frequency doesn't shock your problem area.

Rice milk, Palmer Cocoa or Shea butter oil. Can't remember which one. Leave the rice milk on for a while. Make your own rice milk using a blender, rice and water.

oh and rinse with cold water.

I feel like I was meant to answer this because I just got out of the shower after focusing on this EXACT thing. I use the kojic acid soap paired with sandstone from lush. I use it to stave off ingrown hairs AND lighten my inner thighs, bottom butt, and underarm areas and KEEP THEM light. I'm Rihanna's skin tone and my under arms, thighs, and butt area were a good 4 shades darker after weight loss. After I get out, I apply adapalene (Differin) to my inner thighs and alpha arbutin serum from Inkey List from Sephora. My underarms, butt area, and everything else are now uniform in color. My thighs are about 2 shades away from being uniform. This worked for me and I hope it helps you too.

Which kojic soap did you use?

Use an anti fungal shampoo as a body wash in those areas. It sounds like you developed hyperpigmentation after developing intertrigo.

Kojie San, it's available on Amazon. I only buy the one that's available through prime (lots of fakes).

I purchased it from their actual website and used it for about 3 months and I didn't see a noticeable difference. Maybe I wasn't exfoliating enough. I'm going to try it again. I bought the korean towels, too.

Thanks for this! Struggling all my life! Why does it happen down there anyway? It's just the weirdest place.

Will this help with evening out skin tone all over?

I

It should, go gentle with the sand soap from Lush though.

Thanks! Yes, I haven't used Lush products since the day I got a facial there and the woman almost scrubbed my face off.

What were you trying to do woman?! Erase the melanin from my skin :joy:

@SpurgeonRose which brand name peel did you use? I purchased yellow peeling oil for my body including inner thighs but I'm scared to use it on my pubic area.

makeupartists choice, you can also try the pfb vanish with chromabright, i heard thats good for discoloration, but thus far, glycolic works excellent fading dark marks.
